Duties include: designing websites in Photoshop based on the customers needs and expectations, workflow management for the entire design team, quality assurance, training and coaching, management and tracking. Primary designer in the testing phase for a contract with Lawyers.com.

Register.com Custom Website Department – Account Manager
January 2007 – September 2008
Duties included managing an active base of 25-45 customers, being their consultant and main point of contact over the phone as our development team designed and built their websites. Escalations point of contact for 100+ published customers as our maintenance team updated and maintained their websites. Some experience working in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and coding and updating websites with HTML and PHP. Participated in various tests involving website design & development.

Wal-Mart Photo Lab
October 2006 – January 2007
Duties included developing photographs, customer interaction, camera and accessory sales, filling and sending out special orders, photo editing and printing.

April 2005 – March 2006
Technical support specialist, hosting department: helping customers with many different products and services, managing domain name information, selling hosting-related products.
